Holy Crap

It has been about a month of not hitting the workouts and man can I tell.  Now that the marathon thing is behind us and getting my body back to normal functions, it's time to get things rolling.  I can't say thank you enough to all of you that has stood by me through the time that I had to take off.  Now it's my turn to repay your kindness with a little motivation.  I thought I sent out a text to everyone but I think I missed a few and I apologize for that.
