Partner Hell

warm-up

2 times
wall ball
burpees

wall ball
sit-ups

wall ball
push-ups

partner up after warm up    while 1 person is on wall ball, the other is doin the other exercise,  The person doing the wall ball will complete 50 shots the other person continues until yhe wall balls are completed
