Dirty Thirty

Warm-up
30 - Box Jumps
30 - Jumping Pullups
30 - Kettlebell Swings
30 - Lunges
30 - KTE
30 - Push Press (Max men - 45#, women - 30#)
30 - Spiderman's
30 - Wall Balls (may sub throwing Medball to a partner)
30 - Burpees
30 - Double-Unders (if unable to do DU with a jumprope, do 60 single jumps)
