5:30 workout

Workout will be @ 5:30 due to schedule change for soccer.  We will meet @ HS and have a congratulatory  workout.  Hope to see everyone there.

WOD

Teams of 2

One team member runs 400m while the other does 10 kb swings, 10 push-ups, 10 squats then switch.  This is on a continuous running clock for 20 min.
