I would like to give a BIG shout out to all of you who endured probably the hottest days of the year to go out and put forth the effort with some crazy workouts and the godforsaken runs. I do want to apologize for assuming that everyone would be running the 5k in Sept. So for the next few weeks that we are running please don't feel like you have to go run if it isn't your thing. I will give you a workout to do before that day or we will work something out. Again, if you don't want to go on the runs, please don't feel like you have to. That also goes for the workouts. If you feel that I am not scaling it down enough or that you don't want to or don't feel like it please don't and regret it later.
I am proud of all of you!!
