Great job

Just wanted all to know that they are doing great and keep up the good job!!!

Just to get this into all of our heads, what we talked about after the cool down.  We need to look past the bad day syndrome and reach down and not make excuses for not doing something.  We all have that warrior spirit in us, it just take something a little different to get it excited.   What gets yours EXCITED???  We need to get this programmed so no matter if we are having a bad day, feel under the weather or whatever the excuse that WARRIOR SPIRIT looks at the whinny crap and gives it a motivating head stomp and carries on to gettin down with a butt kicking workout.

So to close,    Get that Warrior Spirit pissed and lets make everyday a IRON-FIT day!!  UH-RAH
