We are back PEOPLE!!!!
I HAVE POSTED THE SCHEDULE FOR THE MONTH OF APRIL!!! IF YOU HAVEN'T NOTICED I HAVE UPGRADED THE WORKOUTS A BIT AND THEY WILL BE EVER CHANGING TO CHALLENGE AND CHANGE US.
I AM PUMPED TO SEE HOW BIG THE GROUP HAS GROWN AND THE DEDICATION YOU HAVE SHOWN.

Sabbatical
Hello to all!!
Hope everyone is doing well! As we can all see, everyone has become freakishly busy this fall. Most everyone has set some awesome goals for this fall by taking on a HALF MARATHON AND FULL MARATHON. From my perspective that is freaking amazing! Everyone of you have become awesome athletes and super heroes. I am like a proud papa! That being said, the amount of training and time commitment that is involved in the preparation of those events can become exhausting. It would be selfish and crazy to expect everyone to run those miles, workout like crazy and keep up with our everyday lives. I think for the sake of sanity and physical well-being we all should take a break from the workout regiment and concentrate on the goals that have been set for the fall and try to keep our bodies from falling apart. Hopefully after the punishment we subject ourselves to, everyone will be willing to kick it back up in November and bring Iron-Fit back.
So from today til November 5, 2012 Iron-Fit will be on a 10 week sabbatical. I hope everyone has enjoyed and benifited from what I have tried to do and hope to carry it on in the near future.

Aug Calendar is up!!!
