Good work
Hello to all!!!! Great job @ the workout, it was good to get back in the run of things. The schedule has been updated and I will keep up on the posts. Lets get the motivation hoppin and the blood pumpin.

ARE YOU READY
I think it is time to get things rollin again. I know that I have been getting in a few workouts here and there trying to keep up the mojo hope you have!! Monday lets get this thing going and see how bad or good you have been to yourself. give me hit on the comments and let me know if you are still in the game or chose another path. I think that for a bit just the schedule will be posted and not the actual workouts, I think that the surprise is worth more if you don't know what is coming.
