Motivation
What is it that motivates us to go beyond what we think we can do? That question is probably the biggest challenge we face in our everyday lives. There are days that I think holy crap I just don't have it in me today and then you see someone having a worse day than you, and there is always someone having a worse day than you!! What do we do about it? I personally think about my family, friends, and all the people that rely upon me to motivate them and try my best not to let them down. What is it that motivates YOU?

Today is a GREAT DAY
Has anyone woke up and just thought dang, this is going to be a great day. If you haven't then you are missing out. Today is going to be a great day! Why? Well, because I choose for it to be a great day. We all have that ability in us to make every day a great day, all you have to do is take control of it and make it what you want. Now that all that mushy crap is out of the way I hope everyone has had a little time to energize so that me may embark upon an intense whoopin today.
I would like to give a shout out to the Olney's for putting on a fantastic Anniversary party for their parent. You are great people.
Also I had mentioned that Angie and I are starting our 30 Paleo Challenge starting this Friday. I would like to throw a that challenge out to everyone. If you don't know what it is there are links on the website and numerous readings and we have some literature if you need it. It is a great way to get your body back in check and feeling and running the way it's supposed to. The goal is to complete this round then go through the holidays carefully and hitting round two of the challenge at the start of the new year. Let me know if you are interested and we can all help and motivate each other.

O IT FEELS SO GOOD
How about that. I love the smell of bengay in the morning. I can guess that everyone is a bit tender from the last session and that is a great thing. I woke us all up. Keep up the good work and I will c ya Fri.
