Get Some


Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

Everyone did a great job last night, Get in some good stretching and light cardio.

I also would like to throw a shout to my great bud Gavin.  He went up to the Windy City for an audition on America's Got Talent with his amazing feats of strengh and super cool TARZAN thinglet, and to put it mildly I think he will be on TV.  I can say that he is one of the most amazing guys I know and that he has something that we all can learn from, and we all have these ourselves, Gav just chases his task at hand and chokes it out.  Great traits.  Judgement, Justice, Dependability, Initiative, Decisiveness, Tact, Integrity, Enthusiasm, Bravery, Unselfishness, Courage, Knowledge, Loyality, Endurance.  All of which makes him different.  Good luck to ya Gav, we got your back.

Oh by the way those traits are that of a MARINE!!!
